Processing Times

-Items we don't have on hand: IF there is a order place for a item we don't have on hand, "Kire" will send you notifying you of the incident. 

• Standard Orders: Please allow [3-5] business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

• Drop/Launch Periods: During new collection releases, processing may take up to [7-10] business days due to high volume.

• Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey from our heart to your doorstep.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Kire is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us immediately at [Kirecollective@gmail.com] so we can help you find a solution.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to  "United States Only". International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
